Trust is part of the product
An operating system is only useful if you can trust what it shows and who can see it. Here's how we approach it today — stated plainly, without claims we can't back up.
Your systems stay authoritative
QuickBooks keeps the books and your CRM keeps the pipeline. Benefic IQ maintains an operating-context representation of that data, with freshness and reconciliation — it doesn't replace your system of record.
Organization-scoped access
Each customer organization is its own tenant. People see data through role-based permissions within the organizations they belong to.
Permissioned agent access
External agents connect through read-only REST and MCP endpoints using per-organization API keys that can be revoked. Write and action access for agents is not generally available.
People approve consequential actions
Native agents run with approval surfaces. Higher-risk actions require appropriate permissions and human approval.
Demos never use customer data
Our demonstration environment is a separate deployment with no production customer data.
No model training on your data by us
We use AI providers to process your data on your behalf. We don't sell your data or use it to train our own models.
