While using our Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Address, state, province, ZIP/postal code, city
  • Information you include in a form or message

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include your device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Tracking Technologies & Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as beacons, tags, and scripts) to track activity on our Service and to improve and analyze it. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the Service may not function properly as a result. We use both Session and Persistent cookies for the following purposes:

  • Necessary / Essential — required to provide the Service and its core features, such as authentication and fraud prevention.
  • Functionality — remember choices you make (such as preferences) to give you a more personal experience.
  • Analytics & Advertising — help us understand how the Service is used and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. We may use tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which set their own cookies and are governed by their respective privacy policies.

How We Use Your Personal Data

The Company may use your Personal Data to:

  • Provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring its usage.
  • Manage your requests and respond to your inquiries.
  • Fulfill a contract for the products or services you have purchased.
  • Contact you by email, phone, SMS, or other electronic communication about updates, security notices, and information related to the services you use.
  • Send you news, special offers, and information about goods, services, and events similar to those you have purchased or asked about — unless you have opted out.
  • Carry out data analysis, identify usage trends, and evaluate and improve our Service, products, marketing, and your experience.
  • Evaluate or conduct a merger, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets.

Sharing your information

We may share your personal information:

  • With Service Providers — such as hosting, CRM and marketing-automation platforms (including Go High Level), analytics, and payment processors, to operate and improve the Service.
  • With affiliates and business partners, who are required to honor this Privacy Policy.
  • For business transfers — in connection with a merger, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
  • With your consent, or as required to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text Messaging (SMS) & Communication Consent

When you provide your phone number and opt in, you consent to receive calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) from us — including messages sent by automated systems — about your inquiry, your account, appointments, and relevant offers. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for help.
  • Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional messages necessary to provide a service you have requested.
  • Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes; it is shared only with service providers that help us deliver these communications.

AI & Automated Processing

Benefic builds and operates AI-driven systems. We may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to process inquiries, route and respond to messages, analyze data, and improve our Service. Where third-party AI providers process data on our behalf, they do so as Service Providers under applicable terms. We do not use automated processing to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you without appropriate safeguards.

Retention, Transfer & Deletion

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period.

Your information may be processed at our operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located — which may be outside your jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the Personal Data we hold about you. To do so, contact us using the details below. Please note we may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Disclosure & Security

We may disclose your Personal Data in the good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to valid requests by public authorities, protect our rights or property, prevent or investigate wrongdoing in connection with the Service, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.

The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy & Other Sites

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Website Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Benefic Marketing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any unlawful manner or in violation of these Terms.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of the Company or any third party.
  • Disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or networks.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, harvest, or copy content or data except as expressly permitted.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or deceptive content, or misrepresent your identity.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content — including text, graphics, logos, code, designs, and the Benefic name and marks — are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Ownership of custom deliverables produced under an engagement is governed by your separate written agreement with us.

4. Services, Proposals & Payment

Specific engagements — builds, programs, and subscriptions — are governed by the proposal, order form, or agreement you enter into with us, and subscriptions are also subject to the Software Cancellation Policy below. Some services rely on third-party platforms (for example, Go High Level and other tools), which are subject to their own terms and pricing.

5. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party products and websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not guarantee any specific business, revenue, or marketing result — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event (or $100 if you have paid nothing).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except where a separate signed agreement provides otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms? Contact us using the details above.

Software Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the rules for canceling your subscription to our software (SaaS) services.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions within your account settings on our platform. Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.

You will continue to have access to the platform and all of its features until the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you are billed on the first of the month and cancel on the 15th, you keep full access until the last day of that month, after which access ends and no further charges apply.

2. Refunds

All subscriptions are non-refundable. Due to the month-to-month nature of the service, we do not provide refunds for any portion of the billing cycle in which you cancel.

Exceptions: In rare and documented extenuating circumstances, a refund may be granted. Any request must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refund will only be issued if approved in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.

3. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated policy on this page and, if the changes are significant, by providing a more prominent notice such as an email. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
