Meet the Founder & CEO
Tanner O'Brien
Tanner is an entrepreneur, investor, and business strategist who has dedicated his career to helping business owners scale, optimize, and maximize revenue. With a background in banking, business coaching, and marketing, he has worked with countless owners to fix broken sales processes, align marketing with revenue goals, and create systems that drive sustainable growth.
He founded Benefic Marketing to solve a critical problem: businesses generating leads but struggling to convert them. Instead of focusing on vanity metrics like traffic and clicks, Benefic was built to turn leads into actual revenue through automation, CRM optimization, and AI-driven pipelines.
Tanner also serves as a Committee Chair at the Round Rock Chamber, leading initiatives that support local businesses. When he's not helping businesses scale, he's building a portfolio of business and real estate investments through BeneficCapital, his family office investment firm.
